Opera Vocals and Classical Piano

Christopher Gascoyne is a classically trained baritone and began his studies at the age of 16 with Andrew Foan at the Wimborne Studio in Poole.

During his time with Andrew, Christopher sang in a variety of concerts and took on many roles in opera excerpts. These roles include Count Almaviva in excerpts from the Marriage of Figaro, Don Giovanni from Don Giovanni and many others.

He has also sang for the Bournemouth Gilbert and Sullivan Society, taking on the role of the Boatswain in the H.M.S Pinafore, and has experience singing oratorios and music theatre.

Christopher joined the Royal Northern College of Music in 2012 where he studied under Thomas Schulze and Peter Wilson who are both vastly experienced and highly sought after singing tutors.

He also teaches music theory and can help students prepare for exams with ABRSM.
