Sean Frankland is one of our most multi-talented musicians being a dab hand in the Guitar, Bass, Piano, Vocals and drums. Because he is a well-rounded musician, he has proved to be rather popular with our students and always looks forward to teaching a variety of lessons.

Sean is a very proficient guitarist with years of teaching experience at Access to Music and Stockport and Trafford College. He also plays bass for Manchester band, Mohawk Radio and has played gigs at various venues such as the Etihad.

He is a former student of Access to Music where he studied Contemporary, Popular Music and he has a HND in Music Business as well as a PGCE in teaching. Sean has worked for Maunder’s school of Popular Music since it’s founding in 2008!

Guitar

Sean is very proficient in sweep picking techniques and a lot of advanced lead work. He is amazing at ear training and can work out songs by ear with relative ease.

Drums

Sean has lots of experience teaching Rockschool grades as well as teaching people who just want to learn for fun.
