Where Music Comes Alive in Manchester’s Heart
Step into the cozy, intimate atmosphere of Lock 91 and experience music the way it was meant to be heard – raw, authentic, and up close. The Lock Sessions are our exclusive acoustic showcases where Maunders students take center stage in one of Manchester’s most charming 90-capacity venues.
What Makes The Lock Sessions Special?
Intimate Setting, Big Impact Unlike traditional concert halls, Lock 91’s intimate space creates a magical connection between performer and audience. Every note, every lyric, every moment of musical expression is felt deeply in this carefully curated acoustic environment.
Student-Centered Performances Watch our talented students – from beginners finding their confidence to advanced musicians perfecting their craft – share their musical journey in a supportive, professional setting. These sessions celebrate progress, passion, and the pure joy of making music.
Acoustic Excellence Stripped down to the essentials – just voice, guitar, piano, and raw talent. The Lock Sessions showcase the fundamental beauty of music without the bells and whistles, highlighting the skill and artistry our students develop through their lessons.
